2.3 Registration Information. You must promptly update any information that changes. Submission of false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) d999 account. Accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account — whether sharing the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are subject to suspension without notice. Winnings accrued in duplicate accounts are void.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). d999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as a condition of its operating license. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (front and back) and a recent photograph or selfie. Additional documentation may be requested at d999's discretion for compliance purposes. Verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d999 login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. d999 will never request your password via any channel. You must notify d999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. d999 may suspend or close accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Prior to any closure, d999 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder at their registered contact details. Dormant account balances may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the account dashboard.
3.3 Account Currency. d999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, and balance statements are expressed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by d999 for PKR-denominated transactions.
3.4 Third-Party Access. You may not permit any third party to access or use your d999 account on your behalf. Any wager placed through your account will be deemed to have been placed by you personally, and you will be responsible for all resulting account activity.

4.2 Funds deposited into your d999 account may only be used for wagering on the games and markets available on the Platform. d999 accounts are not banking facilities and do not attract interest on balances.
4.3 d999 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose. In such circumstances, the deposit may be reversed to the originating payment method and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own verified name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods that do not match the account holder's verified identity may be declined and returned.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your d999 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. d999 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request approval, and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to your financial institution's processing timelines.
5.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. d999 reserves the right to request updated documentation at the time of withdrawal for accounts that have not previously been verified or whose documentation has expired.
5.3 d999 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, terms violation, or money laundering, and may report such activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and its licensing obligations.
5.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus-derived balances are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawing real-money balance while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided per the individual promotion's terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a stated multiple of times before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, not the combined bonus plus deposit balance, unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. d999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing offsetting bets to minimize wagering risk; exploiting technical errors; or any other activity that d999 reasonably determines constitutes an unfair exploitation of its promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
6.4 Bonuses are available exclusively to accounts with valid completed KYC verification, aged 21 years or above. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit d999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by d999's negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
12.1 d999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has: violated these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in prohibited conduct; is under 21 years of age; or poses a fraud, compliance, or reputational risk to the Platform.
12.2 You may close your d999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure of an account in good standing (no pending bonus wagering requirements, no outstanding fraud investigations), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
12.3 Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation or fraud investigation, d999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending resolution. Accounts that are permanently self-excluded at the player's request will have their verified real-money balance returned; no bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings will be paid out.
13.1 d999 may revise these Terms at any time. 14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which d999 holds its gaming license.
